1. Age Requirement
- Flahora is for users aged 18 and older only
- Accounts of minors will be terminated immediately upon detection
- Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our guidelines
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Flahora maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Content depicting or promoting child exploitation
- Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
- Any content that endangers children's safety
3. Our Response to CSAM/CSAE
When we identify or receive reports of potential CSAM or child exploitation:
- Immediate removal of the content
- Immediate and permanent ban of the account
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
- Mandatory reporting to relevant authorities:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) - USA
- Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni - Italy
- Relevant national authorities based on user location
- Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content involving the exploitation or endangerment of minors:
- In-app: Tap the menu icon on content → "Report" → Select "Child Safety"
- Email: support@flahora.com (Subject: "CHILD SAFETY REPORT")
- Urgent cases: Contact local law enforcement directly
All child safety reports are treated as highest priority and reviewed immediately.

6. Compliance

- U.S. laws requiring reporting to NCMEC

- Italian criminal law regarding child exploitation
- GDPR provisions protecting minors' data
