1. Age Requirement

  • Flahora is for users aged 18 and older only
  • Accounts of minors will be terminated immediately upon detection
  • Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our guidelines

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Flahora maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Content depicting or promoting child exploitation
  • Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
  • Any content that endangers children's safety

3. Our Response to CSAM/CSAE

When we identify or receive reports of potential CSAM or child exploitation:

  1. Immediate removal of the content
  2. Immediate and permanent ban of the account
  3. Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
  4. Mandatory reporting to relevant authorities:
    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) - USA
    • Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni - Italy
    • Relevant national authorities based on user location
  5. Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content involving the exploitation or endangerment of minors:

  • In-app: Tap the menu icon on content → "Report" → Select "Child Safety"
  • Email: support@flahora.com (Subject: "CHILD SAFETY REPORT")
  • Urgent cases: Contact local law enforcement directly

All child safety reports are treated as highest priority and reviewed immediately.
